Explore the breadth of specialties this practice serves through a performance-based physical therapy model. Care is individualized, clinically grounded, and designed to progress seamlessly from pain resolution to durable, high-level performance. Every plan integrates hands-on treatment with targeted strength and movement training to support long-term results.

Services include:

  • Comprehensive movement and strength assessments

  • Sport-specific evaluations (including TPI screening for golfers)

  • Joint mobilizations and manual therapy

  • Soft tissue interventions

  • Therapeutic exercise and progressive strengthening

  • Neuromuscular re-education and movement retraining

  • Kinesiotaping

  • Return-to-sport and performance programming

  • Simulator-based analysis and training

  • Golf physical therapy and performance combines clinical rehabilitation with sport-specific training to help golfers move, swing, and compete without pain. We identify and address the mobility, strength, and movement limitations that contribute to injury while building the physical capacity required for an efficient, repeatable golf swing. The goal is durable performance—playing better golf with fewer setbacks over time.

  • Pickleball physical therapy and performance blends clinical rehabilitation with sport-specific training to reduce pain, prevent injury, and support confident play on the court. We address the mobility, strength, and movement demands of pickleball—particularly quick direction changes, rotational loading, and repetitive impact—to improve resilience and performance. The focus is staying active, competitive, and injury-free as your game progresses.

  • Hybrid training physical therapy and performance integrates clinical rehabilitation with high-intensity, multi-modal training demands such as HYROX and CrossFit. We address pain, movement limitations, and load tolerance while building strength, power, and work capacity required for repeated high-effort efforts. The goal is to train and compete at a high level with reduced injury risk and long-term durability.

Why we are out of network providers

Traditional insurance-based physical therapy has increasingly failed the American consumer by prioritizing more visits, short appointment times, and less and less time with the therapist. For athletic populations in particular, arbitrary visit limits, authorization delays, shortened appointment times, and high deductibles often result in fragmented care that addresses symptoms without fully restoring capacity. This outdated model fails to provide individualized progression and performance-based decision making, leaving active individuals under-treated, frustrated, and vulnerable to recurring injury rather than fully prepared to return to sport or training.

OLD-SCHOOL PT

Athletic populations are often best served by out-of-network physical therapy because it removes administrative barriers that delay or dilute care. Without authorization requirements or visit caps, plans of care are typically shorter, more focused, and require fewer total visits—often resulting in lower overall cost —while achieving better outcomes in less time. Upon request, insurance benefits can be reviewed to help patients understand out-of-network coverage and reimbursement options before starting care.
